Can I make an exchange?

by Ann TAYLOR -

I'm actually returning it because I don't think it's what I ordered. I did send the photo on this survey with the item returned to see if I can get an exchange for the correct item. There's no way to bolt the horizontal and vertical parts together on the item I received. Thank you for making this comment box available.

Works Great

by James Peerbolte -

Product shipped fast and works as described. Very helpful when you walk into a space and see all kinds of vertical bars to mount your lights. You look over at your production manager who rented the venue and he says why is that important? :)
