Product Information:
- Black Coated Galvanized Aircraft Cable. Used mainly for stage rigging our black galvanized coating masks the steel cable from sight in lighting, sound and scenery flying applications.
- This Aircraft Cable has a Durable Coating that will not flake. Swage sleeves right over top of coating.
- 7x19 Galvanized aircraft cable is preferred when strength and high flexibility are needed. The construction includes 7 strands with 19 wires per strand in galvanized steel, creating a strong steel cable that is both flexible and resistant to corrosion.
Safety Notice:
- Inspect regularly for visible damage, distortion, elongation, corrosion, cracks, nicks or abrasion, which may cause failure or reduce the strength of the Wire Rope.
- Wire Rope and Steel Cable must be stored, used, lubricated and maintained in accordance with the normal safety standards.
- Verify that replacement Wire Ropes are correct for your application and meet your specifications.
- Avoid shock loads. Do not load Wire Rope to the breaking strength limits. End user must determine an appropriate safety factor for the application.

4/3 - I ordered and did not get an estimate of delivery 4/7 - Looked online. Status was "being reviewed". Called and was told the delivery date was being determined and I would get an answer back. 4/10 - Called again. This time told order would arrive between 4/19-4/25. I said it was needed 4/15 for an install 4/16. Since could not make my date, I was cancelling order. Person helping me said they would try to improve the date and put me on hold. Came back and said they would try to make the shipment arrive the 15th or 16th. 4/15 - Arrived So on the one hand, great customer service getting the shipment to me on my due date. On the other hand, I would prefer not having to make direct calls in order for this to happen. Why not give a shipping estimate to me via the shopping cart, or via email?
