Cuts up to 477 MCM ACSR multi-strand Cutting inserts are easily replaced by removing 3 screws per blade. High-leverage ratcheting mechanism for easier cutting. Tool can be locked when not in use. At a length of just under 14'' (356mm) tool can be carried in a tool pouch.
