The Chauvet Data Stream 4 is a universal DMX-512 optical splitter designed to distribute the incoming DMX signal, in daisy chain configurations, into four separate outputs with an additional “thru” port.

Please fix above errors. 
The website continued to not work correctly. Asking for sizes when not applicable, telling my address was missing info and providing and error message which was not applicable. Reloaded several times and it worked out.
