This product is an Osram 69066 P-VIP 170/1.0 E50a bare Front Projection Bulb.

P-VIP® lamps are high pressure mercury lamps for use in video projectors, rear-projection TVs and other projection applications. The specific mercury discharge spectrum gives a dense multiline spectrum which is ideal for projection purposes.
