onAir IP Panel 2 is a rugged IP65, full-spectrum LED soft light with a 1×2 format that is capable of facing all of the elements, outdoors or in. Ready to go on-location for any broadcast setting, onAir IP Panel 2 features a superior quality of white light with high CRI/ TLC and TM-30 scores; a smooth 16-bit dimming curve and +/- green adjustment, an emulated redshift, and the ability to produce a pop of color to achieve the exact look you are aiming to create along with built-in, customizable effects accessible from the onboard control menu. Easily switch mounting options from Jr Pin to Omega Bracket on a rugged build, designed with a drop-in slot to ensure ease of use when changing accessories. PWM, DMX, RDM, CRMX, Art-Net, sACN, and an onboard control option ensure camera-ready use. An optional 28 VDC input via 3-pin XLR powers the fixture from an external battery pack to add increased flexibility for all of your remote needs.

The website continued to not work correctly. Asking for sizes when not applicable, telling my address was missing info and providing and error message which was not applicable. Reloaded several times and it worked out.

I received my order promptly. Unfortunately the gentleman at the lighting store I went to identify the type of bulb gave me the wrong part#. This bulb was larger than the one I needed to replace. After attempting to install this bulb, I was found under the cover of the housing that I needed a 500w PAR56 120V medium flood, not the PAR64 I ordered and received. I need to return these 2 bulbs and order 2 PAR56 bulbs. How should I proceed?
